Bea

Due to production difficulties, this play will be performed later in the year
By Mick Gordon
Directed by Rory Reynolds
This is the comic yet decidedly poignant story of a young girl bedridden with MS and cared for by Not Gay Ray, her peripatetic nurse. Inside her head, Bea is always dancing (to Madonna's Ray Of Light) while in the physical world she is trying to persuade her relentlessly optimistic mother that she just wants to die. This is our Artistic director's personal choice for play of the year 2010 and something you'll remember for a very long time.
This event has been cancelled.
